Cheddar Gorge in Somerset... about 20 minutes from Bristol down the A38

Go up the gorge past the climbing and caving centre and around 2 corners... there is a gravel parking area that is free to park in and it is just above the road there.

Once you park up you go up about a 6 foot bank into that bit at the bottom where you can see the little rocks scattered... then you look up and there is the cliff face with all the fallen rocks laying up where that picture above was taken... unlimited sections up there. Listen for falling rocks as the mountain goats have a habit of dislodging stuff above and it tumbles into that area :D

Must warn you though... don't bother if it is wet, the rocks are like glass. But they dry quickly.

One was right up the top of the highest cliff face yesterday and just sat on the edge watching us for about 2 hours!!

You also get climbers up on the face so just move a little to the side of them as they can dislodge the odd rock, or fall on you!! I think one of my pictures has them in.
