Snapped Bolt..

well basically there is an alu bolt snapped in one of the mounts on my frame, snapped in deeply so no chance of gripping the end..

shall i get a drilled out? and tapped up a size?

or is there a way to keep the mount the same size and being able to get the bolt out aswell..

at the moment im using a jubilee clip ha

and help is appreciated (:

Whack some wd40 down there, get a small drihttp://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/style_images/temp/folder_editor_images/rte-quote-button.pngll bit, drill into the bolt. Then hammer a small allen key into the bolt and screw slowly.(Y)

dont use an allen key, use a torx head, like a disc brake rotor bolt (Y) they work better.

What's the bolt stuck in? If it's properly seized you might be out of luck, but if you haven't tried heating whatever the bolt's stuck in that might help. If you're killing drill bits the chances are the bolt is hardened or else you're using Halfords drill bits, which are cheap but won't make much progress through steel...
