No offense either, but you are seriously going to eat some shit, my dear. That rear freehub you got there. They are deadly, the pawls and springs are made of cheese.

Tell me more because i have got nice teeth and if there is a chance that i am going to eat shit i want to know about it, they will have to go back.

And thanks for the advice Simpson, I probably should get someone with experience to build my bike but hopefully i will be able to do it so i will give it a go xx

I didn't mean that to sound offensive in the slightest, but you do something a but wrong, and it could cost you a lot of money / your face.

No offense taken, i didn't think that you meant it like that. I just want to have a go get to know my bike you know?

A mod is the same as a stock, much the same as any other bicycle actually; matts got his head screwed on so Im sure there will be no problems :)

I would say you should be looking at some shorter cranks though, I found that 5mm crank length made almost a tooth difference on the rear wheel.

A pic of my bike so far.

The forks and the bars are going to be changed, i just couldn't wait for my new ones to get here so i stuck these on to get an idea of how it was going to look.

Funny that stem turned up this morning-LOL

Kats finished building her bike, pretty much on her own I might add which is good cos I am sick of maintaining 4 bikes

Came back to the house and it was pretty much done, I reckon her bro did it :giggle:

Won't let me post pictures so she's gonna do it tomorrow after a ride.

It looks fab and one thing I gotta say is, my god how easy is it to ride a mod!

Hope i don't get converted, Ive spenta f**kin fortune on my neon. :S
