Bashguard Ideas

hi lads

i am making a bash for my trials bike.

i am running try all cranks at the minute and my bashring is broke.it was a second hand one that i was using anyway.i know there are only about 15 pound but i want to give it a go.

i have already got a steel saw disc cut down to size but it looks a bit dangerous if my leg catches it even though is has been smoothed off.

so any ideas anyone??????

in the shop here they were giving away stainless steel coke coasters

so i got them drilled them and the fit perfectly

it is like this but smooth and it looks cool i think anyway.i took pictures as i was doing it once i find my usb lead i will post the pics .

i know it wont last very long but it is fun to make and interesteing to see how it holds up

I let it hang down more on the side that i land on if i was to use it,if you know what i mean it just covers the chain a bit more.it is hard to describe but you will see what i mean in the pics when i can post them.there is .3 of an inch between the edge of the guard and the chain,it is a bit tight but i will keep you posted on how it works.
