Gearing On A 24" Bike

Hi, ive been out of the trials world for a few years now and im now looking into building a 24" trials bike. I have noticed that alot of trials specific shops seem to have 18T bashrings. I used to run 18/19 cassette ring with 22T chainwheel which I thought was spot on. My question is, do you have to go down a few teeth on a 24"?

Thanks for your time.

Yeah I end up having to pull a tad harder on the handlebars, but I really want to switch to 22-16 or something a little higher.

edit: I'll be looking for a new chainring soon so if anyone has any advice for a 22t ring or such that would be great :)
