Well then depending on the skill of the painter you could just do one colour or you could go crazy giving it stripes or checks or something. As far as i know there isnt a bike with checks but there are a few with stripes. just choose 3 or 4 colours and you could make a pritty insane bike.

I think Phase's look nice in white.

Can't think of any other colours the frame would look ok in.

As for wheels, could either keep it simple and have them white aswell,

or go for lumi green or something funky :)

Well. If looks is the only thing to be concerned about i would say a darker metallic red, preferably Sangria or Maroon base with just enough metallic in it to make it sparkle and pop real nice. Some clear coat and then have the fork, handlebars and details in white. It would look really awsome, but it would suck to touch up efter shredding the paint-job.

If i have to consider durability and maintenance as well i would just go with a normal Sangria base and some clearcoat and white details.

Sangria example:

Oh yes! Oh so very yes!

I think it's obvious why i am somewhat in love with that color. But like i said, i would hate to be the one that had to fix it after playing some close contact sports with a ledge or rock. Still looks good with just the base color and some offset white.

Edit**

Left the spelling part of my brain in the drawer this mornin'
