Revolver
Just checking, but you are undoing the nuts on the wheel before you tighten the chain tugs?

Revolver
Are you undoing them much? If you just loosen them off a little bit the chain tugs will stay in the dropouts whilst you're using them. If that's not it, I'm fresh out of ideas. Sam Ward
try running your tensioners on the outside of your dropouts Edited August 17, 2009 by Sam Ward
ScottTrials
how tight are your spokes and check your bearings. I had the same problem with my Koxx Djinn. Other option is take it to your local bike shop and if they cant fix it get a new wheel.
MikeCottTrials
onza chain tugs work perfectly fine.when you tighten your wheel bolts it'll make your chain pull tight so make sure the chain tugs are prepared so the wheel is straight and the chain has a little bit of slackif it still doesn't work find someone to help you
RossMcd
Get some gusset tensioners! They are so much better than the onza ones! and they will hold your wheel in place perfect!
