anzo Posted August 10, 2009 Report Share Posted August 10, 2009 (edited) NCFELooks to me like some sort of foundation qualification - seems to promote it for 'back to work' qualifications for 16-19 year olds.I don't think it can really be comparied to that of an NVQ if that's what you're looking for?
