forteh
Im using sd7 lever/arms with coustsinks on an uber light grind, works very well for me If money were no object it would have to be an extralight ultrabrake, save almost 200g over the sd7
Tom Booth
On my old Pure I had-SD7 arms, XTR lever, Heatsink red pads, linear slick cable and it worked a treat. Soo good. When I swapped to Vee on the ashton I used Deore arm's, Avid SD7 lever and CRV's with a liner slick cable. Worked well but I never really had massive confidence in it. BenLeacockā¢
Ultimate arms, sd7 lever, random cable and old plaz CRVs. Taht's the setup Beau used and that was crazy. Would even hold and bite for that big b*****d! Thats exactly same as what I used, clarks cable! Was awesome! Deore arms were still better Edited August 12, 2009 by BenLeacockā¢
toyota200x
SD Ti lever, Ultimate arms (was SD TI arms), CRV's (with light grind), Avid Flack Jacket housing, Generic Booster. Works perfect, never slips & has massive hold. I love it & it has a really light lever feel.
TrialsMan Dan
I was running: Avid Single Digit Ti arms, SD5 lever, Onza V-daptors, Atomz yellow pads (smooth rim) no booster until i decided i wanted to sell my bike. Very stiff and power plenty, no need to run a booster
