Stock Or Mod?

Kick

Recommended Posts

In my opinion i find a MOD a lot harder to ride, e.g. Get up things, peddle up, control and gap. (But thats just my opinion.) I reckon you will find stock a lot easier to learn on as you are pretty tall.

Hope this helped.

(no offence to MOD riders. ;) )

i ride a mod, ill be soon going to a longer frame, and im about 5'8" or so. seems very flickable and i just love the feel of it, untill i get some speed. then its sketchy. ive ridden one stock bike, an adamant a1, and the size of the tires just kinds overwhelmed me. the a3, the mod version, felt much better to me. although im not overwhelmed by my 26" wheeled MTB which i try to pull the same kind of stuff as i do on my mod. i think its very psychological.

just try a couple, youll quickly find what you want.
