Stevie
Right, i just got new rim tape so put that on, and while putting my rear wheel back on i tightened my chain (using chain tensioners) as it was slightly slack.I got the wheel straight in the frame, and my chain the correct tension but when i spin it round there's a really tight spot and i don't know why, all help greatly appreciated This is on an Onza blade btw. Thanks
monkeyseemonkeydo
Always happens with front freewheel setups and to a lesser extent with freehubs too. Just slacken the chain off slightly so that when the tight spot comes round the tensions correct and you're laughing.

Laurence--Trials
I'm not 100% but i think thats normal.
Muel
Yeh it's completely normal, it's because the freewheel thread and the tapers in the crank arm are never coaxial, (the centre of each doesn't line up).Same for the sprocket thread and the axle in the rear hub.
