alex-trials-boy
Hey every one my chain is very slack on my ZOO! but i cant make it short enough as if i take out a link its to small but if i leave it in my chain is to slack so ive decided to buy a Chain Tensioner but i dont know weather to buy a fixed or sprung? atm i have some try-all smooth snail cams but my wheel is to far back to composate the very slack chain. If i were to get a fixed ten. how would i fix it to my bike the same question for the sprung please thanks Alex
Jake Beach
Can't help you with tensioners but your chain might be a bit streched, how old is it?
Echo-Scott
Just get a new chain. Will be cheaper than buying a tensioner and the one you have looks like it could snap any minute.New chain will be the cheapest, Safest and easyest thing to do in the long run. Earl
Snail cams don't work on all frames so try a new chain but get a half link it should fix it for you or get something like a fixed chain tensioners off tartybikes that should solve your problem to. RossMcd
Get a 74Kingz tensioner and make it pull the chain up its also sprung so it wont loose tension and it doesnt need a hanger. It just bolts onto the hub.
onzatrip
Get a 74Kingz tensioner and make it pull the chain up its also sprung so it will never have tension and it doesnt need a hanger. It just bolts onto the hub.
Duncy H
Is that frame not a modstock?
padarik
if your not runnin 18-15 gear ratio then the chain may need a half link, but as stated a 74 kings will sort it all out

that NBR dude
The only tensioner (aside from snail cams or chain tugs) you can run is going to be a 74Kingz, as being a mod-stock frame you don't have a mech hanger, hence you can't run any other type of fixed or sprung tensioner.
