Borat
Get anangle grinder and cut it slit in the bolt even more than it already is. They use a decent screwdriver to get it out. If it threads, helicoil it.x
Adam-Griffin
Big pair of Mole grips/Hydraulic pliers on reaaaaaaalllly tight and twist, Angle grinder ideas a last resort really. When they're out though I suggest you get some Hex key bolts, my easier to use(Y)
Jack Morton
Cut the Head of the bolt, Get a nut and place it on the bit which screw's down into you're frame. Weld it on tight, Get a spanner and screw it out. Worked for me when i used it.

gu trials
just unscrew it out and if it threads then inserts or helicoils (inserts are stronger than helicoils) but both work just as good
Muel
I'd file two flats on the heads of the bolts and use a spanner/pliers/mole grips. And throw those bolts away, cheese heads are shite, get some allen headed bolts.EDIT: Whats all this talk of "threads"? If it strips you helicoil it, if it magically threads itself again you have a party. Edited July 27, 2009 by Muel
Simpson
They don't look that rounded. Get 2 people, 1 person lean on the flat headed screwdrive on the bolt, and get the other person to use an adjustable spanner to get more leverage on the screwdriver and get him to turn it. It will work peice of piss.

Mat Smith!!
Use a drill with a screwdriver bit in and press down really hard, if that fails, cut the head off and just slide the magura off then turn the bolts out with mole grips or whatevers. Revolver
Here's an idea -Get the screwdriver, it's a flathead, so put that into the screw, then get an adjustable spanner, tighten it against the blade of the screwdriver, and use the leverage of the spanner to turn it out. Revolver
The trick really is to push in and turn with the screwdriver as well as using the spanner.
