Many people say that helmets are uncomfortable or look stupid, but in the long run save your live, or save having a miserable NO TRIALSING life.

So i decided to purchase myself one, as im prone to falling off.

I went for the try-all one off tarty, but its massive, fits perfectly, but the size looks rediculous.

Anyone reccomend a better helmet, and price bs strength ?

I doubt ill buy it, this thread is really just for helmet advice to those looking to buy. as there wasnt much info on the helmet i bought.

This helmet has saved my head many a time though.

If you can track down one of the older style Protec helmets, they rule. Feel light to wear, and they're also the best fitting helmet I've had apart from my Xen. Just wanna point out again you need one of the older, non-legal ones, not the newer ones...

I'd personally never buy a helmet without trying it on first.

So my advice would always be to try on other peoples helmets and go to as many different cycle shops as you can and try on the their helmets too, find the one that fits the best and is most comfortable and then either buy it locally or off the net.

Everyone has different shaped heads so not all helmets will sit right on all heads.
