nyoli
Hi all,Opinions about this tire ? I heard that it grips well, but not as good as maxxisI don't know if to get 2.5 or 2.35Does anyone know if a kenda nevegal 2.5 can fit in a koxx hydroxx 2009 26" ?I mind about it because I heard that the rubber queen doesn't fit very well, depending on the sprocket-freewheel relationThank you

ghostrider88
gilles is riding kenda prototype tire which is identical to navegal, just have cutted knobs.2,35 will fit, that´s for sure, and they are quite wide(and heavy),no reason to buy 2,
Rob Brodie
basically...nathie wafie says they're amazing....they really are amazing.it makes me want stock just so that i can run one.they seem to fold easy but they are so bouncy you can just run high pressures
ghostrider88
yeah, all kenda tyres are bouncy,i have blue groove(lighter) and it´s great tire imo,but i´have it only 1 week,so we´ll see...

nathie wafie
er the one nathie linked me to is ruber queen weight? 800/900 if i remember correctly...yep only 900 grams verified on packaging when delivered and by my own scales Great tyre imo, i think Dan Brooker will also back me up! Just make sure its the stick-e compound! I think thats where others are getting confused with poor performance!
Bigman
The stick-e compound is only 50a though, which is pretty hard when comparing to a maxxis slow reezay at 40a, or the conti which is even softer than that! From what i understand the tyre that Gilles is running has the nevegal tread pattern (I do like the tread patter onf the nevegal) but the compound is alot softer. If I were you I would either stick to a maxxis or continental Adam
andyb
Dan Brooker loves his, he runs high pressures anyway so it suits him well.
