I'm pretty sure the police round here wouldn't care if you were just on cyclepaths/ not being a nuisance. Took me two hours to bike home what should have been a 15 minute journey because i was giving a girl a croggy in the pissing down rain and fell off around 10 times. Brilliant fun. As in they could find something to do you for if they wanted (lights, reflectors, drunk and disorderly etc).But it makes playing drunken shark attack along the way alot harder EDIT: I once rode head on into a lampost when drunkenly riding home I did that when sober.
