jungle
not done any trials riding for the last 4 years. looking to get back into it but not sure if i should get stock or mod? i use to ride a brisa b20 in the olden days and have never rode a stock bike. when i had my brisa i was around 5'7 but now im 6'4 and think a mod bike would be too small lol. was also wondering if it i would be better off buying new or secondhand?lewis. JamesMilburn
Personnally, I say mod. They look a better shape than stock and they also ride better in my opinionJames
Muel
You will always get the odd guy who rides mod whos as tall as you, just like you'll always get the odd guy who rides stock whos 4 foot tall.Fact of the matter is, you will almost definately do better to ride stock. I'm just under 6 foot and I ride an 1100 wb stock, which is the longest stock I've heard of.
jungle
just got back from my mates, had a go on his mod echo, reminded me off the good times i had on my b20. took me a while to get use to it again. had a go on his bro's stock zebdi after and felt more comfy on it and confident. still have not made mind up, think i need a go on a 'new style stock' to fully make my mind up. ill probley get stock then want a mod too

Good luck, hope i helped.Laurence.

Seems more ''street'' .But, end of the day, it's a tricky desition you need to think about and it took me like 1 month to decide
alex copcutt
Mods I find much easier to throw around. However If you feel more comfortable on a stock well go for it:P
Muel
Mods I find much easier to throw around.Well you would, they're much smaller and lighter than a stock...Just go with whatever you ride best. I ride stock now because mods are too small and I'm nearly 6ft.
