Oliver gu
Ive got a profile mini and its quite quiet at the moment ... just wondered about how i would make it louder and is it worth risking my face or wrists for the loverly sound .....thanks jox
Ciguena_dreamer
Completly take it to bits and clean everything, after that put it all back together with some really thin grease. Don't use much but enough so that it doesn't destroy your hub.

JamesMilburn
Lube or grease usually helps a lot.
WIGAN
Lube or grease usually helps a lot.lol that makes it quieter and putting grease in it can stick your pawls down to your freehub body, wich is bad. Just do what callum sed, and bend yor springs slightly to give them more tension on the pawls Edited July 15, 2009 by WIGAN
Simpson
Dont do anything with it, profiles are expensive and effort to service and unreliable at the best of times, stop being a nonse.

LiamWood!
My profile is loud, i had to strip mine down to replace the shell so while it as in bits gave everything a proper clean. For lube i just smeared four stroke engine oil over the prawls an bearings with my finger.
