Fvil
Hey everyoneI landed on the side and bent my brake boosterwould it be alright if I was to strainghten it out?thanks
Borat
No, if you have bent it you may have weakened the metal. Like when you keep bending a metal strip back and foward, if eventually spans doesn't it?I recommend a new booster, to be on the safe side. Muel
If it's ridable, leave it, if not, straighten it, and if it snaps, then replace it.Getting a new one just because it's bent seems a bit extreme...
bigamac
How did you manage to bend a fecking booster?
Dan6061
What booster is it?
Simpson
It will be fine 2 of my Rb's have bent to f**k, but they are still add rigidity to the frame in the direction that they need to. Frame flex isn't a massive biggie unless you have a shit frame.

cai
Haha I think all RB's have the habit of bending - even my ones rocking a slight curve.
Spektrum
your bike still works without the booster right? lol. If you bent it buy a new one or ride without, if you straighten out the old one it might flex and not serve it function as well if at all.
