peggysue Posted July 11, 2009 Report Share Posted July 11, 2009 im picking up my eno later today but the old tryall freewheel thats on the wheel will not come off. ive taken it to 2 bike shops and they tried with spanners and vices but failed , so i popped into a couple of motorbike shops on the way home, one tried some giant drill with a socket on the end, no luck... and the other tried a 3 foot torque wrench, for which the torque wrench bent lolthere has to be some way i can get it off ... anyone?please lol Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

peggysue Posted July 11, 2009 Author Report Share Posted July 11, 2009 yeah its a tryall freewheel, so its got a welded seal so it could be an angle grinder jobby....... not only that , on my other thread i mentioned i was picking up an eno today ... and i cant get the thread saver out of that lol.... im not too happy today! peggysue Posted July 13, 2009 Author Report Share Posted July 13, 2009 yippy ..............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! got the freewheel off in the end . took 5 blokes though lol......3 holding the wheel and 2 on the torque wrench. now i just got to find me an eno and ill be back on the road!!!!
