MikeWarner
Hi - working Monday. I'm very much a beginner though. As above, I did trials in the early '90s, but not since, so it is going to take a while to get back into it. (plus I'm unfit at the moment too!) chimpanzyyyy
front end is way to low for that kind of bike, it will ruin your riding and your back.riser bar + higher sten or spacer = winnerbike looks sick
Maladie
Wow that looks very smart actually And I don't really usually notice tyres on bikes but those look very cool

MikeWarner
I'll count the links and see if I can get away with a standard chain.Anyway, I've got it all set up now and there are 3 issues. As pointed out above, the bars are too low. It feels very very strange. I'm going to have to sort this out. The grips are MBK foam and they squidgy too much and allows the hand to move around to much. I'm going to go for some rubber grips. Finally, the inside of the drive side crank hits the Magura, so I'm going to have to get a wider bottom bracket axle. oh well.....
JonMack
Bike looks good man! They're the cheap Try-All cranks, right?

George.E
Hey, I have same bike an it feels alot more lighter and comfortable with a higher stem (I have tried high and low) but nice bike.

LordMersey
Looks really nice. Is it just me or does it look like the Diamondback Kabuki Mono?I could be compleatly wrong and the bike looks good!
JonMack
Yeah there are a few frames based around this same design, started with the Zoo Pitbull (05 I think).
Dan81
looks mean... good work!that'll be fun getting used to after the zaskar!
MikeWarner
Right - I'm ordering a slightly higher rise stem and some riser bars tomorrow.I tried riding it against on Sunday and it was difficult to get the front up easily. Hopefully the higer front end will make a big difference. I', ordering some rubber grips too - the MBK ones I've got are terrible! Look like I'll be getting my 4th Tartybikes T-Shirt! lol.
