Al_Fel
Alright boys I need a bit of help. I've got a few bike parts I'm going to shift on ebay. I basically just need a bit of confirmation on the names of each part and what year it is too. Right so here's the pics:I think these are Z1 Bomber forks I'm not sure what year they are though. They do have a disc mount on both sides though. This is a GT LTS I think its a 2000 but i'm not 100% sure I don't know what year its from either.I know this is a Cannondale beast of the east I'm just not sure what year the components are from I think its about 1998 though. If anyone can confirm any of this that would be great. AdamR28
Forks are 97s, 100mm travel, dual coil/oil, a full service would have them like new again. Bloody ace forks! The disc mount is a bit weird though, they were designed for a number 4 Hope caliper (nowadays they use 5 and 3), which you could only get in C2 and O2 I believe, but I see you have a brake there to go with them so I think they would sell pretty well for oldskool value! Tomm
Enbikeopedia strikes again!I reckon a lot of that stuff will have a fair bit of value - just stick it on eBay with "retro" in the title and I'm sure it'll go for lots.
forteh
I would have said 96-97 for the bombers aswell Not sure if theyre Z1 BAMs or not, I think the lowers by the dropouts and the arch brace were different; should say on the stickers. that NBR dude
The GT LTS frame, at a guess, is from around the 1997-8 mark.
Matt Vandart
The forks should have the year stamped on one of the legs or drop out but I would have said 96-97.I sold some on E bay a little while back and they went for £40 with a really short steere, which was re-welded and no fork brace.Stick out for the best money you'll get it.There is a guy that trawls e-bay to buy these retro forks and split em for spares, which he then sells on e-bay.Matt
AdamR28
Not sure if theyre Z1 BAMs or not,The BAMs were only brought out in 98 and had blue adjuster knobs :wink2:
Tomm
The GT LTS frame, at a guess, is from around the 1997-8 mark.I'm 90% sure it's '98 - I had a 97 GT and the GT logo wasn't like that, but my Dad's bike is 98 and it looks like that. So I'd say 98 or maybe 99 if they didn't change the logo from 98-99?
