Muel
I believe they can be trimmed down to fit into standard shaped backings.
Jack Morton
I believe they can be trimmed down to fit into standard shaped backings. With a stanley knife ??
Duncy H
A stanley knife would do the trick, I cut some croco material to put in my phat pad backings and they went in ok, and the phat pad material (with modification to backings) went into the plastic backings quite easily. I would have thought it to be similar for these.

Le @ Tnn Engineering
You can get them to fit by hacking them up with a stanley knife. But it won't be easy to get a proper fit due to the tiny square holes.http://www.trialspads.com/shop/trials-brak...sc/refill-pads/So you brake pad is going to end up flexy, under powered and won't hold anywhere as well as it could. If you can I highly recommend the complete LGM pad. I only received excellent feed back about the performance of this compound.
AdamR28
But it won't be easy to get a proper fit due to the tiny square holes.I used to drill the square corner features out of plastic backings, that means you don't need to modify the pad material But, as Le said, the complete pad is well worth having.
