it mite be abit stronger than regular pipe but why don't you look in to why your getting leaks in your current hose...i.e

is the cross-over to long or short?

do you sit on your cross-over alot when your out riding because you don't have a booster fitted?

does the pipe sit flush to the bottom of the barbs?

Its splitting at the top of the barb! How can there be anything wrong with how the crossover has been built there? Standard hosing is fairly weak. Try that kevlar stuff! It seems like quality stuff! If not try the braided hose kit. May be your best option.

Wrap abit of insulation tape around the parts where it keeps bursting(Obviously before its burst) and that will help strengthen the hose abit. Should be enough to stop it bursting. I do it and I very rarely burst crossovers now.

I split my crossover too many times to count.

Got a braided magura hose, hasn't split once. That was a good 3 years ago.

Well worth the money. And it's not even that much!

stop splitting them then? LOL
