Rich Pearson
And in response to our last two posts, so we did :9ft table, 42inches tallAdams rather... optimistic 'sidehop'... at 53inchesWhich we turned into a tap/hook instead42inch tableDragons-toothAnd slanty tableAll of this stuff is ROCK solid in terms of stability. We've both got to head back to work for a few days but starting Monday we're gonna get knee deep back into building. Next update should hopefully feature quite a few tyres and cotton reels Rich

totaltrials
I take it those tables are solid enough. I've just got hold of a load of wood and was about to do something similar, just wasn't sure if they'd be strong enough. Also, have you just nailed the wood together or used screws. I've just got hold of a load of wood and was about to do something similar, just wasn't sure if they'd be strong enough. Also, have you just nailed the wood together or used screws.everything that has been built is deffinatly solid enough, the wood i have used is pretty beefy though, the legs are made from 4 inch square timber! as it was what i had lying around As fro holding it together, i have used a combination or 4 and 2 inch nailes, seems to work well enough!Adam

walker
Looking good! I'm sure it's sturdy now, but lightweight stuff only lasts so long, you had better keep a hammer and a few nails handy to repair it when it gets wobbly.Snap on the Ifor Williams trailer, they're the best. I'd love to come down, but its about 300 miles and some farmers actually have work to do at this time of year

Bigman
Looking good there Adam. Your first section area with logs was outside, yet everything is pallets and is inside. Is that how it's going to stay? Definately gonna have to come down in a few weeks time.Keep up the impressive work.Everything will be going outside when i have the space, we are waiting for the owner of the caravan to come and get it shifted, then everything will be heading outside, as then it will all be layed out so that you can combine everything!I do have to modify the tall one abit to make it abit more stable, i think i will end up sticking another pallet onthe other side, that will add more weight and also another aspect to getting up, as i will set it at an angle.Adam
