fAT_tONY
Greetings all. Like many others out there, I am interested in the Fourplay 24" frame. The ability to do a bit of everything on such a frame appeals to me and although running singlespeed would be simple and light, I have an interest in increasing this flexiblity by running multiple speeds. The frame appears to run cable stops for a rear derailleur - but I have yet to see one built up like this. I gather the frame uses the standard 135mm rear hub spacing - so that running a thinned down (or even a standard 9-speed) cassette would be possible. Anyone running such a setup or can provide an input here? Cheers A
Skoze
Yep, just whack a derailleur and all the appropriate ancillaries and you'll be set I know of a few people running 'proper' gears, and a couple of others just having 2 or three sprockets to flick the chain onto by hand.
