Jack Morton
Right...I sidehop to the right but yet i have my right foot forward. When i have watched video's i've noticed that people which have there right foot forward would sidehop to the left. I can almost do 4 pallet's at the moment but if i try the way that people normaly do it if they have there right foot forward i struggle to do two.Would it effect me in the future. With me having right foot forward and sidehopping to the right or not.Comment on this would really be helpful guy's.

ginger allen echo
Well Neil Tunnicliffe is left foot forward and sideops to the left, it doesn't seem to bother him.But it is a good thing to learn to sidehop both ways, it can come in handy if you start doing competitions.Ginger Allen

gussie
I've not realy thought about it before, but I'm left foot foward and hop to the left.I'm the same but I'm actually kinda worried because I have a front disk. So am really worried about hitting it. I really don't want to do that!

Orgun_Donor
I am also the same =. Left foot forward, and hop left... but it is "wrong". I know i have clipped feet/pedals. Also im unable to hop up to pedal at all. Being able to hope both ways is a fantastic thing in comps, but on street going to your back foot, you will be able to tuck easier and as such should be able to get higher. i know im trying to learn how to go the right way now, but it does feel different. hdmackay
I had the same problem when I first started. I found it much easier the 'wrong' way. I took time to learn to go the other way and now I feel comfortable doing it the 'right' way. And whenever I try go back and to it the way I used to (wrong way) I can't do it anymore. Haha. So if you give it time you will start to prefer that way. I'd reccommend trying to go the right way.
