Tomm
I'm not familiar with that hub, and you can't exactly see from the picture, but yeah you'll be able to replace the axle if that's the only bit that's broken. You will have difficulty buying an axle specifically for a Viz hub, but there's a chance it might just be a standard axle, the same as another hub. Go to your LBS and see what they say. The other option would be to have an axle machined for you by an engineering firm. Shouldn't be too hard for them at all. This would definitely work out cheaper than getting a new hub and wheel build.
sayshell
I broke a viz rear hub too. The problem is the crappy 10 mm hollow axles which all fixed hubs have now. However if you want another 10mm hollowaxle I recommend the trialtech sport rear hub, its stronger than the viz by about 15%. If you want a good fixed hub look into the old deng ones or last year zhi hubs with the 10mm fun bolts. They are hard to find from bike shops though you may have to buy used. Otherwise you can buy one of the cheaper hubs that have the 10mm bolt on axle if you don't care about weight. I wouldn't replace the axle it will just break again. The only place I could find a 10mm fun bolt hub is herehttp://www.trial-bikes.com/zhibuje-trasero-116mm-p-31.htmlbeware the zhi hubs sometimes have bad berings so if you like doing manuels a lot this can effect you a bit.
