davey1991 Posted June 6, 2009 Report Share Posted June 6, 2009 the bb7 has more adjustability. thats about itNot more, its just easier.The BB7 has 2 adjustment wheels meaning you never need to unbolt it.The BB5 only has 1 wheel meaning you have to adjust the cable to move the outter pad closer to or further from the rotor.BB5's seem to have more bite and BB7's tend to have more hold.Personally i prefer BB5's with a nice lever set up.
