Davetrials
Dont bother its a shit profession, the cycle industry is full of wankers who dont do what there going to. in fact its not a profession, where the f**k can you go in life with just a bike mechanic under you belt..one day u could aspire to be a manager at a bikeshop, is that really what you want in life? to grow up and be the manager of a bike shop...the only thing its good for is keeping your bike in tip top condition using there tools. and replacing all the bolts on your bike with shiney new non rounded ones. I know several mechanics who make very good money and travel all around the world. Many people do aspire to be a manager too, also.

Captain Scarlet
I found that after working on bikes all day, you'd spend less time fixing your's up, just because you got fed up of bike's.I've yet to experience that, previously working in Halfords for nearly a year, and 2 years at the CycleLife branch I'm at now.I think its because not enough decent bikes come into either of those places (you get the odd few but obviously not on a day to day basis), its just nice getting home and fitting a new part to a trials bike because its a different job and it goes together effortlessly.
