Maladie
Dude, what's wrong with vertical drop-outs anyway? They mean you don't have to spend ages getting your wheel straight with your frame? Simpson
Dude, what's wrong with vertical drop-outs anyway? They mean you don't have to spend ages getting your wheel straight with your frame? They mean for any of us that sidehop right are going to be constantly smashing tensioners to bits, and horizontal drop outs dont take a rocket scientist to work out. Joe Papasnap Maher
I think all mod frames should be like this. Saves f**king about with shitty chain tension.Im SERIOUSLY intersted in getting one..
Simpson
Snapped 4 74kings now falling off rails and sidehopping, so thats like £24 spend on new bits of metal and ages fannying arround.
Joe Papasnap Maher
Snapped 4 74kings now falling off rails and sidehopping, so thats like £24 spend on new bits of metal and ages fannying arround.this doesnt run a 74 kings u newb. Its the atomz/rollhoff copy tensioner. Much better. And your just a fag.Ive gone through 2 frames, with a loose chain. Shitty wanky horizontal dropouts. chimpanzyyyy
mainly because mister atomz is an idiotdid you see the price of the bike? the point of this bike for mr atomz was to make a good bike at a cheap price...I think it is!I agree that if you fall on the tensioner, you will kill it pretty fast. but there's some other ways to tension the chain...some good 74k hand made for examplethe other atomz mod and stock bikes(the expensive ones) have also vertical dropouts but the tensioner is so strong and well made that I think it's actually impossible to break it.Im SERIOUSLY intersted in getting one..because it's pimp green I guess Edited June 3, 2009 by chimpanzyyyy
robonatomz
looks nice!!and the tention system works mint, i love the fact that if i remove my rear wheel, it goes back in exactly the same place! not effecting the brake performance, etc.so in my eyes, its a winner!!rob
Dale-Hill
I would of thought about buying one if it didn't have, them gay dropouts and tensioner,
Simpson
did you see the price of the bike? the point of this bike for mr atomz was to make a good bike at a cheap price...I think it is!So he made it cheaper by adding a £30 tensioner... hmmm
LukasMcNeal
That green colour is lushh!
AdamR28
So he made it cheaper by...using the same dropouts, chain tensioner and rear hub as the 26" model.
eskimo
I really like it. Awesome green too. I wonder if it'll be available as frame only though. What's the headangle? 71.5 again?
trialsmax04
Thats a really good idea. I like the chain tensioner. It givwes the chain slack when it needs too but keeps it tight when you want. Really poxy having a mod that chain tension is hard to set up. And when you do tighten it, it F**Ks up the rear maggie.
Simpson
using the same dropouts, chain tensioner and rear hub as the 26" model.Me = Owned. But surley is doesn't save that much money?
