Gogz-
OK I know this is a trials forum but I know quite a few of you dirt jump as well.I dent the chain stays on my lovely LTD edition DMR sidekick about a month ago and I was wondering if any of you knew if there is any were I can send it to get it straitened out, I was thinking of trying to send it back to DMR does any one know if I can do this . . Also have any one had a frame straitened out and did it work? I'm worried that it will just bend again and be totally mashed.

I dented scratched and scuffed the hell out of my mongoose for years it makes no difference to the strength. If u have actually bent the frame maybe go talk to a engineering firm they could maybe straighten it!

I'm running 24" wheels in a 26" frame and and the wheel is against the frame lol. I am actuary planning on getting a full build DMR transition 24" so straitening the old one out is just for old times sake and poss future re-sail. Tomm
No, it's f**ked. Keep it if you want, but selling it would be really harsh, even if you somehow did straighten it.

psycholist
If you find a very good bike shop or a frame builder they'd straighten your frame for you. Google 'cold setting' to get a rough idea what's involved...
