Fishy
Spray paint? Sand your handlebars down a little bit so it's rough, spray the paint in your grips, put them on then leave for 24 hours.

basher
i just put them on as they come no hair spray or anything, make sure the bars are clean and then use a compressor to blow air to inflate the grip slightly to slide them on. or put the valve from a stirip pump in the end and pump it to do the same thing, requires 2 people to do it this way. takes about a minute to do it and grips don't spin ever even in rain. hdmackay
Roll them back, put tar on the handlebars then roll them over again. It works great.

My hands fit on the grips without knocking them and they wont move or slip at all now

craigjames
clear spray on laquer is good stuff, no need to sand your bars and seems to work well enough for me.
Prawny Baby
As said already, I use a squirt of black paint on trialtech grips and it's always worked for me.Has the added advantage over other things that it lubes when they go on, yet actually sticks the grip to the bar when the paint dries.Ignore fishy though, you can usually ride within 5 minutes just fine! Mowgli
Hitler u lie?! You had a lil bit of a problem with your new grips and them not sticking, even with paint!
WIGAN
alcahol gel, that stuff you clean you hands with it actually works ace
Muel
I use a track pump and a football pump needle, just clean the bar, slide them on as far as you can, then sick the needle in there, squeeze it to seal it and pump as you pull down the bar, normally just shoots on straight away.I usually pump the pump several times before to get the condensation out, it takes a while sometimes but better than it going under your grips! Jackibrap
I put insulation tape under then slid it on. one worked fine the other was a bit more hard work. so i give up and took all the tape of and put them straight on the bar. they will shrink eventually to fit. wally
I just wet the bars and slip them on, as long as your not crazy with the water they are dry in minutes.
Matt Vandart
just put them on as they come! )they do slip when riding in the rain then though. That was what I did and it didne workOnly ever use deodrant and its simple.I might try this to see if it works.I sanded them and as I am too impatient to wait 24hrs, put them on and it seems to have worked .Nice one dudes.Matt
Greetings
I'd wash the bars and grips with soap and water. From my experience Trialtechs grip much better than any other grips, they just will not slide towards the centre of the bars.
