IMO higher set ups are a lot nicer to ride with, also make sure you get some risers as they feel a lot nicer than flats ( the triatech risers seem really popular). For a stem the try-all nuc stems are again popular and have a nice geo. Onza forks are also very long and heavy so I would consider changing them as well.

Echo Stems Are Good That Don't Rise There Good For Side Hops And Big Gaps.

I Use Onza Riser Stem And Its Not Too Bad For Me Its Strong And Good For Side Hops And Gaps

I Recommend Use Onza Stem For Gapping And Side Hops, But Thats My Opinion

If I were you i'd get yourself the trialtech bars...... http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?pr...category_id=138

and a monty pr stem.............. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?pr...;category_id=29

Job's a good'en.

You are best off getting the correct ones now rather than a cheaper option and having to upgrade when you get better.

Oh and don't forget you will need a sloping top cap!
