Luke_zoo
Lean back more as if your bumming the back tyre? Then pull up and you should be able to do it.
Dave Anscombe
Best way.....is to watch vids...you really need to slam the rear wheel in to the obstacle for the bounce up
Greetings
Not too good at them myself but:- Put all the weight on the front wheel when hooking and try not to loose momentum- DON'T try to go as deep into the wall as possible, that doesn't work. The closer your front wheel is to the edge of the wall, the better.- Speed- Legs fairly straightedit: oh and don't drop onto the obstacle, hit it going forward. Kieran@ZSClothing
I find having your body allot higher and more forwards helps allot.

James Quigley
You shouldn't be hitting your chest on your stem.I find that your groin should be closer to the stem than your chest (still not hitting though).
Andrex
You should hit the obstacle with quite a bit off speed and you should aim for your front wheel so it just clears it. You should have a spring off the rear wheel to then lunge upwards, but your body must follow the momentum from start to finish. Its hard to explain but defiantly easier to watch and understand a video. You shouldn't be hitting your chest though...Frames and forks love hooks by the way Good luck. Revolver
If you find an object you can hook, rather than just hooking (lol, where there is a ledge to stop your front wheel coming off) you can release the rear brake to get spring to help yourself up.
