Im litterally so close to just breaking down, im that strssed atm with college work and uni shit, what the hell do some of you guys do to "de stress"

Also yes ive had a wank.

Seems you might be over focused on the task ahead. Try and bring some other tasks into your life, and make them things that are accomplishable so it gives you the sense of achieving that you are not currently getting from college/uni. For me, it might be rock climbing, riding trials, going to the gym, just things that are fun and achievable.

Personally I also find I get particularly stressed when I have not got a clear picture of the work I am trying to do. What I will do is try and map out what I am doing and break it into chunks, as then every chunk you complete brings you a step closer to what you are trying to achieve.

I could go on, but I think you get the idea.

And just try and relax about things too dude. At the end of the day your human, and you can only do your best, the rest is just out of your hands.

Get yourself interested in the work you have to do...you're going to have to do it sometime and remember you're not the only one that has to do it! It's the only way you're actually going to get anything done and that way you will feel less stressed about it..

Have breaks and do shit you want to though!!

Bound to be stressed out while avoiding those substances then. I think it's all a case of being active as much as possible, because then you're too f**ked to be stressed the rest of the time...

Good, natural sleep will also help.

My cure for absolutely everything, though, is to drink more water than you think is possible. The human body is like 3/4 water and flushing it out can only be good for body and mind...

Same boat Dave I couldnt sleep, so was drinking to get 7 hours sleep.

But got some rescue night spray - like £8 and done me wonders, i can get a comfotable nights sleep now, and feel fresher to revise, which is less stressfull because you can see how far your coming.

But Im still maxamondo stress head atm

That sounds like good advice. Don't looks at all your uni work was one big chunk, break it up into days / evenings and it won't look like so much.

Don't drink caffeine is the best advice i can give, i'm trying to lower my stress levels as i'm having heart palpitations on a regular basis and 140+ BP. Having a couple of cups of coffee can ruin my day.
