ayup mate, glad to see a new member following the guidelines ;) keep it up and youll be validated in no time :D

as for your bike (i assume ur used to 24") id say just buy parts that your comfortable with

DONT buy parts because someone on here says to, because it wont help you ;)

tartybikes.co.uk is the best site by far to spend youre money and please what ever you do

DO NOT buy from trials-uk because ive heard its terrible so dnt waist youre hard ernd cash ;)

selectbbikes.com is also good but ive only orderd from tartybikes so would no

get everything from tartybikes

and dont get all the top of the range stuff because your just starting

and there is no need to get all of that stuff

so just by cheap bits and gradualy get new parts

Tom

id agree with you on that but also disagree because since i bought expensive pro-like parts ive got loads better

like onza for example....i used to only use there parts but they kept braking and the geo on some of there parts i.e there forks and stems.. were just aweful so it didnt help

no offence joe ;)

hey

thanks for the quick reply guys!

Ive only just picked up my frame this after noon, i payed

Onza Zoot frame £70

Onza Fatty forks £20

Onza drilled rim with onza hub £30

I already have a magura hs-33 for the back and im trying to sort out an adapter for the front.

I usually ride DH and all mountain and i have done some BMX before, i can hop on the back wheel no problem.

Ive never riden 24" before but a 20inch trials bike felt a bit cramped to me, im just over 6 foot and have just turned 16 (so im going to grow a bit more)

I was also wondering what are some good brands for components and things, i need some cranks and a back wheel, i also could do with a freewheel...

Oh and one last thing, should i run my Zoot Single speed or with gears, and what ratios should i use?

Thank you very much for reading my questions, and id appreciate any replys

I assume you mean cannondale fatty forks as Onza fatty forks don't exist.

Cranks, could concider Middleburns unless you want to run front freewheel, in which case You should concider Echo cranks and a tensile Freewheel, or if you have the money an Eno.

Wheels, well trialtech rims are probably your best bet and hubs depend on your price range, If your rich get a King if your not rich get a fixed hub.

Go single speed, it gets rid of the whole mech problems.
