Orgun_Donor
Its the white try all tyre! Hahaha. In all seriousness though, try dismantling the rear brake and resetting up... sounds strange, and its a pain but you may find it works. Duncy H
You could try giving it a fresh bleed in case any air has got in, double check that you have set it up nice and square and if that fails try sanding or filing the tops off the pads or cleaning your rim and pads with some sort of white spirit or along those lines. ginger allen echo
There looks like there is a fair bit of tar on there, use white spirits to clean it all of and let it dry same for your pads. Then see what it's like.

weirdoku
Looks like your pads are too close to the rim? So you don't have much room to pull the lever in with your finger?
Mat Smith!!
Pretty sure you don't use an o ring with them mounts, so they make sure the pads hit square, but never do because rim sidewalls arn't made square, except maybe Ronnies and Echo, pretty sure try-all and trial tech are at an angle, so them mounts are pretty useless, unless they do hit fine, then I have no idea.. bigamac
Try re-bleeding.
N.Wood
Have you taken your tyre on/off or had a puncture after you ground it? Tyres leave greasy shit on your rim and your brake won't work.
