Skoze Posted May 23, 2009 Report Share Posted May 23, 2009 Get out and actually do some riding?Seriously, get out and don't stop, eat something little for lunch so it doesn't fill you up, and just ride hard all day. Get a few evening sessions in, and ride as much as possible. Eat healthier too.You'll get fit doing something you enjoy and become a better rider. Win:win, no?
