trials ryan
Hi everyone lately you may have seen me asking alot of avids (i always mes them up) anyways,i orderd a avid ultimate springs from tartybikes and i have an avid sd5, i was woundering would the springs fit i think they would becuase i read this quote on both brakes, Oversized linear spring provides positive centering with less spring tension, resulting in a lighter action, ideal for trials. So i would just like to know would they fit. Thanks Ryan
Bionic Balls
i really have no idea...but i imagine they could be made to fit somehow..
Luke Rainbird
You can bodge SD5/7 internals to an Ultimate, but I don't think you'll be able to do it the other way roundJust because a Boxx and an Apollo may be advertised as "strong alloy frame" doesn't mean they're the same thing

Luke Rainbird
If you have just the springs alone you'll get away with it, but not if you use the entire assembly
