How Do You Sleep?

I start out a yearner and usually end up with the covers twisted and a wreck, pillows all over the place and sprawled out in every direction by morning time.

Lie on my front for ages, get really relaxed. Turn onto my back and I'm asleep within a minute. Never fails

on my own it varies a lot lol some mornings i wake up with my head at the bottom of the bed. sometimes i wake up with my feet on the floor so i'm sitting on the edge of the bed but lying back. When i'm with someone feotus/soldier always I never like turn over or move or anything it's weird.

I used to be a freefaller, but sometimes when I sleep like that I dislocate my shoulder and wake up with a dead arm So I've trained myself to change how I sleep and now I'm a yearner.

I wonder if your personality dictates your sleep pattern, or vice versa. Maybe I've become more cynical as a result of changing how I lie

I'm quite surprised no one has shared their experiences of sleepwalking yet? I used to a lot. But my Wife tells me, that I've now progressed to 'sleep trials'. She could handle the sidehops from floor to matress, and just about tolerate my up to fronts. But apparently, I've recently started gapping the wardrobes. She's now insisting I go to bed wearing a helmet.

I've awoken in the freefall position shit scared, its really freaky stuff trying to turn yourself over; in a single bed, middle of the night, with dead arms. Its like being paralysed.

Yeah man I know what you mean. It's best when you roll over and one of the dead arms swings into your face—makes you feel like someone's trying to tw@ you while you sleep. That's happened to me loads and it scares the bejesus out of me every time.

I have real trouble getting to sleep. It takes so long that I've gone through most all of these, and I don't know how I am when I finally drift off.

Can never get comfy - despite having a memory foam mattress.

Its actaully true.. I'm shy when I first meet someone, then next time ill be 100% open with them, and all ok. How strange .
