Little Yoshi
Stick abit of filler in them then lightly sand/grind it all to the same level of the frame and that should be ok.
ZeroMatt
Coarse wet and dry then filler primer then fine wet and dry before degreasing and spraying or w/e
Prawny Baby
you can't remove scratches without thinning down all the surrounding metal, which is a really stupid idea.go over the area with some wire wool, or some 240g wet N dry. Once it's all smooth to the touch, any remaining indentations you're going to have to just deal with, or apply a thin skim of stopper to cover them before you paint
