Explain, mr John-haynes?

WEll, basically you have just posted a picture of a dent and split in your rim. Was there any point in this topic? I thought by the title that would be asking for advice or something, but... Just some pictures.

Is it even a split? Looks like where the maggy prongs have rubbed on the surface, I've got it on my rim from where my slave moved...

No, my pads have plenty of meat on them. The prongs wont touch it. Yes, its cracked (split). :P

Well done on grinding your rim to much (Y) It's only a front one I wouldn't be to fussed about it. You don't really do much front wheel stuff so I can't see it causing that much damage :)

It's been ground twice, with medium grinds. Plus I do quite alot of stuff with the front wheel. Too fronts etc.

Why upload the pictures

Of your split (cracked) rim

Thats some hardcore grinding there mate. :turned:

Not really. It has been ground twice, I know people have ground their loads of times with harsh grinds and it has been fine.
