Bigman
Unfortunatly there is no way of sorting it realy apart from replacing the rim....Adam
Otacon
Basically just leave it alone, don't grind your rim or anything etc.

Prawny Baby
I'd snap it off save! Imagine if you landed the first of a sequence of gaps harshly right on the point where it's cracked, and caused it to bend outwards a little, then, taking off for the next gap it came round and stopped your rim dead as it smashes into the pad. that wouldnt be cool..... AdamAllen
Be fine mate, I ran a monty rim like that for months Or you could just cut it out neatly with a dremel, I know someone that did that aswell.Either way it'll be fine.

Greetings
Many years ago, when access to trials parts was very poor and people were running 19" or 25" rims, most of them ended like that. My mate had a shelf full of rims with sidewalls which just exploded under tyre pressure. I had it happen too, even remember welding a rim because I couldn't get a 19" anywhere. Needless to say it exploded as soon as I got reasonable pressure into the tyre.To put it short, it's not going to last, but when it bursts, it's going to be funny. So keep riding it.
