Blommah
As the title says, will the echo control brake booster fit the inspired fourplay frame? And if not, is it possible to ride without a booster, or is it mega flexy?Cheers.
Revolver
Measure the mount spacing, look on tartybikes, compare the spacing. If they're the same it will fit. The fourplay fits a 2.7 high roller, so tyre clearance won't be an issue.
Papa Manual
I'm boosterless on a smooth rim and my brake works like a hero. I don't think you really need one.
monkeyseemonkeydo
I've been running an RB designs booster on mine but am sorely tempted to take it off because the frame is a really stiff, well designed beast and I really don't think I need it. Ross McArthur
It might be flexy, it might not, I dont know but running a booster will save your frame from cracking.Check on Tartybikes as stated for sizes..
Simpson
I have a try all booster ready to put on... but haven't felt the need at all, the frame is stiff as feck, and untill someone cracks theirs arround the mounts mine wont be going on
Matthew62
I don't run a booster on mine. There isn't a lot of current boosters that fir the frame. There 74Kingz 2 bolt booster will fit but for 4 bolt boosters you need a fairly narrow one that can accomodate the frames 92mm brake spacing.Just checked - Echo won't fit!The 74kingz and Tensile booster will fit. 74kingz looks massive and is expensive. Tensile is a lot smaller profile but i have no idea if its any good? Edited May 11, 2009 by Matthew62
