Revolver
Did you buy a presta or schrader valve pump, and do you have the matching inner tubes. If not, there's your problem. If it does match, return the pump, or try harder to get it to work.
shamage
Its both, but i just managed to fit it on by taking part of it off, but the tyres aint going up both of them , there like complete flat, i dont know if its a puncture or how to check plus i doubt they got punctures from sitting in a garage for 4 months. Revolver
Sometimes rubber degrades if it's just left. You might need to check you've put the end of the pump on firmly enough, and that you've closed the lever in the right direction. These are things that stop pumps that work from pumping up your tyres.lol

mr_malcolm
if you can feel air coming through the pump im pretty certain its something your doing. If it does both schrader and presta check that the valve/end is the right way as a lot of pumps need to have this turned round a certain way for certain valves. It will be on the instructions, also i dont mean to sound degrading(sp) here at all. What valves do you have on your bike? If its presta are you undoing the presta valve first because if you not no air will enter or leave the tube through it.
