Ross McArthur
I had a shot of Ali's and Stans (sorry Stan) and both were great. Stans had a sharp bite and goood hold with a loud squeak. Ali's were silent!?

Ross McArthur
Yea, I did notice the washers inbetween the four bolt mounts and the frame...thats what happens with Prototype frames eh. lol
AdamR28
That's because Ali's ground loads off his brake mounts - nothing to do with the frame.

weirdoku
So? Who's got theirs?Got mine yesterday and went out for a ride, they definietely hold and feels/sounds like the good old plazys. Best looking backings out there as well! They are indeed light too. They were a bit tight when I first fitted them, couldn't push the piston past the oring with my hands and I didn't have any water to lubricate it. But setup the brake anyway and pulled the lever a few times which mananged to push the piston past the oring.Brakes felt as stiff as heatsink backings and held just as good as phatpads. They just look soo good as well!Enough of talking, I'm going to ride them now! Everyone should have a pair, even as spare!

N.Wood
Fitted mine just now (cheers Ali and Ad!), was looking at the machining, dribbled a bit and it went in the hole, so pushed on fine. Thats as far as I've got this afternoon, they feel alot stiffer than my old Koxx Browns and look pretty nice. Will update this with a proper review once I've actually used 'em for a while. trials_pimp
TNN Have asked me to write a review on these Pads, but due to Rain and Gale force winds down here I havent been able to get out on my bike. However, Ive got a weekend Full of demos and shows, which will put these pads through their paces. If they are half as good as they look they will be awsome.Ive just come from Old Plazmatic pads to these, so I know how well Plazmatic CRMs should be. Im really looking forward to testing this weekend. Also the New MAD/Land Rover rig is full of small rails and steep inclines, which after a full day of riding works most components into the floor. weirdoku
Just came back from a little ride, it started to drain a little bit. My rim got wet but these still hold pretty well, obviously not as good as if they were dry. Something is different about these to the old ones...my old plazs was absolute wank when they got wet.
