Kiwi
Hi guys.I'm looking for a bike to start trials on, and would greatly apreciate some expert opinions on the subject.I've been moutainbiking for a long time now, so i'm very interested in the 26" bikes. After searching many different online shops, i've seen a couple of bikes i'm interested in, but nothing that i think is exactly right for me. My main concern is finding a bike that will fit me. I'm about 6ft 6, but not very heavy (tall and thin) so i'm looking for a bigger bike that's not quite so strength orientated. My main questions are:What bikes would you recommend for a tall rider?Should i just purchase a general starter bike, and see where i should go from there? (if so, any good suggestions?)Thanks

Kiwi
DO NOT GET A T RAPTORtry a t-rex, bt, ashton or mbkThe t-rex seems like a nice bike, i'm not so sure about the colour scheme though...i suppose its nothing a can of paint couldn't fix. Could anyone point me towards a shop that is selling the 'bt or mbk'? google doesn't return much.hi matei think a ''inspired 4 play'' 24' would be a good bike for u i would recomend u gettin it from tarty bikesn:)Well Tom, i'd absolutely love to get one of the inspired bikes, they look very nice indeed! Unfortunately, they're slightly out of my price range and i fear a newby like me would do more harm than good on such a high-spec bike. What sort of differences do the 24" wheels make to the way you ride? Thanks for the comments guys, i'd love to hear more opinions! Edited June 6, 2009 by Kiwi
