silvia
hello well sort of introduction but mainly my story. im a bit of a newbi to well everything apart from forums im on loads of different car forums as i drift but i also do loads of other sports and have had mountin bikes all my life but only xc and downhill bikes ow and a duell slarlem bike but never a trials bike so one day i woke up and decided i missed biking and thought i would try somthing new. so i went on ebay and got myself a nice little onza t-mag i kind of picked bits up quickly like hopping forward on the back wheel or off a ledge and bunny hopping up high stuff but only rolling to it i cant jump up stuff from still lol. well i was enjoying it more than i thought then my brake lever snaped and i never got round to fixing it for about 3 and a bit years oops well i have just got myself a brand spanking magura and fitted it the other day. when serching the net for imfomation about the brakes i stumbled across this forum and read somthing about grinding your rim. well i ground my rear rim and its a grate improvment i also read a whole lot of other interesting stuff hence me sighning up however today was my first trip out on the bike agen and it wasnt long before i was nearly as good as before but my bike broke agen grrr its the bolt that holds the rear wheel on the side of the chain well it sheered off and de-threaded the aluminium ajusting slider sorry if these parts all have real names lol. anyway i have tempery fixed it buy jaming the right size peace of metal in the gap between the hub and the frame so when i pedal the wheel wont get pulled forward on one side lol i no its a bodge but it will hold till i can sorce some new parts.anyway enough of my story lol i have many questions about trials techniques.many thanksMatt Edited April 27, 2009 by silvia
