Krisboats
Is there a specific aspect you're trying to achieve or are you doing it for the hell of it? If you mention what it is you're hoping to see an improvement in i'm sure people could advise more accurately as to whether it is appropriate for you or not. Tom_
Hes asking what area of your body/ what kind of improvment you want to see. As surley abit of research can tell you what its going to do for you. So you need to mention what you want to achieve before people can reccomend the relavance of such a reigime. AdamAllen
I stopped training a while back, but was speaking to a friend that's recently started again, he's working with 5x5 and lots of cardio, like you've said its not a mass/bulk routine, and you can see that in my friend, but he's said he feels so much more stronger, and quicker, because he's focasing alot on cardio aswell, he's obviously losing excess fat, all in all he's loving, reckon its the best training he's ever done.Adam. Otacon
5x5 is at standard for me anyway, Whats your current workout, do you do 5-8 reps of different weight, instead of sticking to one specific weight and doing 5x5 ?
Krisboats
The point still stands, if it's not going to be suitable in comparison to what you're trying to get from it then it makes no difference in whether it worked for anyone else. But yeah, closed as you requested.
